According to the company’s latest business update, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. has sold 905,800 vehicles in the past quarter, including 795,300 passenger vehicles and 110,500 commercial vehicle sales. Looking at a single month in March, the company sold 394,200 vehicles in a single month.
The development speed of Dongfeng's independent brands further accelerated. In the first quarter, the Group sold a total of 326,400 self-owned brand cars, of which 128,200 were sold in March. Dongfeng's own-brand passenger cars sold 21.84 million vehicles in the first quarter, a year-on-year increase of 14.2%. Dongfeng's own-brand commercial vehicles sold 107,900 units in the first quarter.
The entire vehicle business unit of Dongfeng Company delivered a satisfactory answer sheet in the first quarter. Among them, Dongfeng Nissan Passenger Vehicle Co., Ltd. sold 189,500 vehicles, Shenlong Motor Co., Ltd. sold 180,600 vehicles, Dongfeng Yueda Kia Motors Co., Ltd. sold 160,600 vehicles, Dongfeng Liuzhou Automobile Co., Ltd. sold 82,000 cars, and Dongfeng Xiaokang. Automobile Co., Ltd. sold 78,100 vehicles, Dongfeng Honda Motor Co., Ltd. sold 68,400 vehicles, Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. sold 58,800 vehicles, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. sold 30,800 cars, and Dongfeng Passenger Car Co., Ltd. sold 3.06 cars. In terms of 10,000 vehicles, Dongfeng Yulon Automobile Co., Ltd. sold 15,900 vehicles and Dongfeng Special Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd. sold 10,800 vehicles.
