Birth of "Orange Oil Tire"

On a certain weekend in a certain month in 2005, Japanese engineer Matsui Kurah and his wife went on holiday in an orangery on the outskirts of Tokyo. When peeling, the fresh orange oil not only makes the mouth of the Matsui water mouth drool, but its inspiration comes along with it.

Matsui Sang, who is looking for new materials for environmental protection tires, has an upsurge of whimsy: What effect would it be if these oils were added to tires?

So he collected large piles of orange peel from the ground. The people he saw all said that his idea was too absurd, but after half a year's efforts, Matsui Sang finally succeeded in developing a formula after several failures: the natural rubber was extracted from the orange peel and synthesized. The first batch of orange oil tires was born.

The product designed by Matsui Sang was quickly adopted by Yokohama company. Along with this, they established an orange oil refinery in Brazil, the world's largest orange-growing country, where it was recycled into orange oil and shipped back to the tire factory.

In 2007, the orange oil tires officially entered the Yokohama company's tire stores, auto supply stores, auto dealerships, gas stations, and repair shops, and sold through these five channels, becoming a hot product.

At present, orange oil tires have achieved large-scale production. In 2010 alone, sales of 4 billion yuan were created, far exceeding other tire brands in the world. The U.S. Economic Review said: “Matsui warehouse once again proves with his own actions that one more idea may be more successful.”

Screw Chiller

Screw chiller is called screw chiller because of its key component-compressor. The unit is made of gas refrigerant from the evaporator; after the compressor is adiabatically compressed, it becomes a high temperature and high pressure state. The compressed gas refrigerant is cooled and condensed in the condenser at equal pressure, and after condensing, it changes into a liquid refrigerant, and then expands to a low pressure through a throttle valve to become a gas-liquid mixture. The liquid refrigerant under low temperature and low pressure absorbs the heat of the material to be cooled in the evaporator and becomes gaseous refrigerant again. The gaseous refrigerant re-enters the compressor through the pipeline and starts a new cycle. The principle flow of screw chiller is divided into air cooling and water cooling.
