It is reported that the CKZY1-70/12 narrow road drilling machine is suitable for the construction of small and medium sections of hard rock roadway, and has the functions of drilling, loading and transportation integration, which can effectively improve the mechanization level of rock roadway excavation and improve the excavation efficiency of the excavation face.
The project started in early August 2010. Under the leadership of Liu Feng, the director of the Institute of Auxiliary Devices, the R&D team has creatively proposed a solution to the integration of drilling, assembly, and transportation, and has broken through the technical bottleneck. From the formulation of the project task book, the overall design of the project, to the trial production of the prototype, and the downline, the narrow-aisle drilling machine officially went offline on April 20th, 2011.
The solution to technical problems also requires a harsh test of on-site conditions. From May to July 2011, the drilling machine was industrially tested in the No. 550 North Road, Tongjiaowan Mine, Xiangtan Coal Group. The mine environment is rather harsh, the roadway is narrow, the humidity is high, and the road where the drilling machine is located is filled with water and mud, and the shoe covers and even the lower legs are deeply submerged. Engineers step on the mud inside the boots and work at the first time. line.
"We have to track every shift. When the problem is complicated, we need to work two shifts in a row for a total of 16 hours." R & D engineer Liang Wei told the author. The industrial trials at the Copper Corner Coal Mine have been very successful. The maximum monthly footage of the drilling machine is 90 meters, the maximum daily footage is 3.7 meters, and the pure drilling speed is 40 seconds and the drilling depth is 2 meters. It is fully recognized by the customers.
