Room Fire in Long Grove 4-3-12

This morning at around 7:28 AM, the Long Grove Fire Protection District responded to a report of smoke coming from a building located at 2328 Nichols Road. Upon arrival, the first responding units encountered light smoke and quickly identified a fire in the rear storage area of the structure. Despite the rapid spread of smoke throughout all three floors, firefighters managed to bring the blaze under control within approximately ten minutes. Mutual aid was immediately requested upon activation of the alarm, bringing additional resources from neighboring districts. Engines from Palatine, Palatine Rural, and Lake Zurich joined the effort, while Buffalo Grove’s Tower 25 served as the designated truck company. Ambulance support was provided by units from both Wheeling and Barrington. The incident took place in a three-story building, with the fire originating in the back portion of the ground level. As seen in photos taken by Larry Shapiro, Squad 55 from Long Grove was actively engaged with one hose line deployed during the operation. Additionally, Long Grove’s Tanker 55 played a crucial role in supplying water to the firefighting equipment. Meanwhile, Buffalo Grove Tower 25 can be seen positioned in front of the building, working alongside other reserve apparatus. These images capture the coordinated response efforts made by various departments to ensure the safety of the property and its occupants. Overall, this event highlights the importance of efficient communication and teamwork among local fire services when dealing with emergencies like this small but potentially dangerous fire. While no injuries were reported, it serves as a reminder of how quickly situations can escalate if not addressed promptly. In conclusion, thanks to the swift action taken by all involved parties, what could have been a much larger disaster was contained efficiently without any major incidents occurring. This outcome underscores the dedication and preparedness of our regional fire protection teams who are always ready to respond at a moment's notice.

Screw Conveyor&Compactor

Spirals are mainly used for stirring, mixing and other functions in pipeline transportation. The spiral surface of the screw conveyor has a solid spiral surface. , belt spiral surface and blade spiral surface transparent form.

The cold rolling mill is an advanced equipment that continuously rolls blades from strip steel. By adjusting the position (roll offset, feed height, roll pressure, guide wheel, etc.), it can roll out blades of various specifications required.

Advantages of cold rolling layout:

It has the advantages of high production efficiency, saving raw materials, good blade quality, high hole diameter, and good wear resistance.

The structures that affect the rolling shape include the material and thickness of the strip, the offset of the roll, the feeding height, the rolling force of the roll, the different specifications of the guide wheels and blades, and the increase in the temperature of the roll during the rolling process. After years of construction, the contract developed this continuous cold-rolled propeller, which has the advantages of smooth surface, high hardness, wear resistance, one-time forming, and continuous no welds.7bcf4c65b946f425c5adfa839d92516
