SAN RAFAEL, Calif., January 7, 2020 – Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) just announced that it has priced its new notes worth $500 million in an underwritten, registered public offering. These notes are set to mature on January 15, 2030, and will carry an annual interest rate of 2.850%. As senior unsecured obligations, these notes represent Autodesk's commitment to its financial standing. The offering is anticipated to close on January 14, 2020, assuming all standard closing conditions are met.

Autodesk plans to utilize the net proceeds from the sale of these notes for general corporate purposes. This includes repaying $450 million in aggregate principal amount of its existing 3.125% notes due June 15, 2020, along with any accrued interest and a redemption premium.
BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC acted as joint book-running managers for this offering.
