Second  Any unit that uses blasting materials must strictly implement the procedures for the collection, distribution, and withdrawal of blasting materials, and store explosives and detonators as required.
Article 3 Â Operators using blasting materials must perform the following regulations:
1, Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Single operation is strictly prohibited during blasting operations.
2, Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Blasting must use one ignition blasting line, no other way to replace, single point gun and open fire point gun are forbidden.
3, Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â In the order of the middle section, from bottom to top, blasting from the inside to the outside, and strictly setting the warning.
Article 4 Â The transportation of blasting materials must be escorted. The company's transportation must be escorted by company security personnel and strictly abide by relevant regulations.
The fifth  Each explosives warehouse shall strictly implement the blasting safety regulations of the "National Standards of the People's Republic of China", establish a personnel warehousing system, and do a good job in the rational storage of blasting materials in the warehousing and the management of moisture and deterioration.
Article 6 Â Blasting materials that have deteriorated and expired or have been damaged by moisture are prohibited from being used, and must be destroyed in time. When destroying, the type and quantity of blasting materials and the reasons for destruction must be reported to the security department and the safety management department. After approval, the destruction plan shall be determined and reported to the company. Approved before proceeding.
