Japanese auto parts supplier Yazaki Group has announced that it has completed the construction of a new factory in Cambodia and is expected to start production of automotive electronic components later this month.
The new factory site is located in the Koh Kong Special Economic Zone, approximately 270 kilometers from Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. The Yasaki Group plans to hold a new factory on the 17th of this month.
During a meeting with the Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, the chairman of the Yazaki Group stated that the new factory has adopted advanced production equipment. After being put into operation, the auto parts products produced will be exported to many countries around the world.
Yazaki Group has not yet announced the input costs and production capacity of the new plant. The company said it will also start production of solar energy systems and agricultural equipment in Cambodia.

6. Used in detecting the damage degree of machine by its magnetism.
