[China Instrument Network Instrument R&D] aims to thoroughly implement the “Made in China 2025†and “Three-Year Action Plan for the Reduction of Costs and Increase Efficiency of Structural Transformation and Upgrading of Machinery Industry for Steady Growth Adjustment†to study breakthroughs in major short board equipment in China, from June 7th, 2016 to On the 8th, the Department of Equipment Industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology organized relevant experts and personnel to go to Hangzhou to carry out special research and discussion activities on special short board equipment for lithium ion battery production lines. The research was led by Deputy Director Wu Feng of the Ministry of Equipment Industry, Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Vice President Chen Bin of the China Machinery Industry Federation, Vice President Shi Yong of the Institute of Machinery Industry Information, and Director of the Institute of Strategic and Planning Research Institute of Machinery Industry Information Technology. Chang, Director of the Instrument Industry Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry (hereinafter referred to as the "Institute") Dr. Ouyang Jinsong and Dr. Fang Yifang, as well as representatives from Zhejiang, Fujian, Anhui, and Hebei Provinces Economic and Information Technology Committee attended the meeting.
On the afternoon of June 7, the research team first visited Wanxiang Group A-123 lithium-ion battery production line, and heard the entire process flow, core equipment and key technology introduction of lithium-ion battery production. Among them, the focus is on the localization of lithium-ion battery production-specific equipment and technologies.
On the morning of June 8, members of the research team also used power with Wanxiang Group, BYD Company, Times New Energy Technology Group, Guoxuan Hi-Tech Power Energy Company, Beijing Qixing Huachuang Electronics Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Reliability Instrument Factory. Lithium-ion battery manufacturing enterprises and manufacturing equipment manufacturing companies held discussions. The forum was chaired by Deputy Director Wu Feng. At the meeting, companies introduced the domestic market demand for power lithium-ion battery production equipment, the industry development base and technology level, and reported the shortcomings and urgently needed policy measures for equipment development and industrialization.
The experts attending the meeting and the representatives of the provincial Economic and Information Commission separately discussed the current domestic lithium-ion battery-specific production equipment in the equipment reliability, R & D conversion management, intellectual property protection and other issues. Director Ouyang pointed out that core process research, mathematical modeling, quality control technology, and reliability are the core elements supporting the "major short board equipment" and should be based on the "user traction" development model, combined with special and key technologies. Demand analysis promotes the development of special lithium-ion battery production equipment. In addition, a combination of “production, research, and application†is needed to form an integrated team that connects upstream and downstream manufacturers, universities, research institutions, and equipment providers.
This research activity has combed the status quo and demand for major short board equipment for domestic lithium-ion battery special production lines, and laid the foundation for implementation of the “major short board equipment special projectâ€.
