The bilateral two-way clamp ensures stability, resulting in clean, burr-free cuts with minimal noise and pollution. It offers fast cutting speeds compared to band and bow saws, with smooth cuts that don’t require secondary processing due to no heat generation.
2. The head can be adjusted for miter slots or milling, ensuring precise angles and perfect pipe connections. A circulation cooling system with a large oil tank extends the life of the blade and ensures a smooth cutting surface.
3. Automatic clamping and blade feeding are included, making it ideal for efficient pipe production. The movement of the clamps and head is fully pneumatic and automatic, enhancing performance and reliability.
4. The machine is available in H1 high-speed and H2 low-speed models, allowing for optimal cutting performance across different metals.
