**From the Streets to the Stove: A Fiery Chili Cook-Off You Won’t Want to Miss!**

This Sunday, November 2nd, Mo Dailey’s Pub and Grille is hosting a sizzling chili cook-off that’s not just about the heat in your mouth but the heroism in your heart. Join us for an unforgettable afternoon where the Chicago Fire Department’s Northside Fire Brigade and Gaelic Fire Brigade team up with Old Style to celebrate some serious culinary competition—and support a great cause!
The event kicks off at 1 PM and wraps up at 5 PM, giving you plenty of time to sample all the delicious entries. Each member of the Chicago Fire Department has brought their A-game, whipping up unique takes on chili that promise to leave your taste buds scorched—and not just because it's spicy! Our esteemed guest judges will crown the ultimate champion. This year’s panel features Mark Konkol from DNAinfo, Chicago City Clerk Susana Mendoza, Chicago Fire Department Fire Commissioner Jose Santiago, and Deputy Chief Mark Nielson. Rounding out the lineup are some familiar faces from NBC’s “Chicago Fire,†including David Eigenberg, Joe Minoso, and Yuri Sardarov.
But it’s not just about the chili—it’s about honoring those who put themselves on the line every day. The Old Style Chicago Heroes Can, a special edition commemorating the bravery of Chicago’s firefighters, will be available for purchase. Proceeds go directly to the EMWQ Retirees', Widows' and Children’s Assistance Fund, which helps widows and orphans of fallen firefighters. And if that wasn’t enough, Mo Dailey’s is generously donating $10 from every ticket sold to this incredible cause.
