17.1 Operating conditions:

17.1.1 The safety protection and electrical control facilities are in good condition, and the electrical switch should be placed in the proper position, that is, the power supply can be quickly cut off in the event of an accident.

17.1.2 Sensitive and reliable signalling devices shall be installed between the linkage devices.

17.1.3 Brackets of appropriate strength must be installed for overload protection.

17.1.4 Each part of the bolt is fastened, the movable and fixed lining and the side lining are not loose, no deflection, no crack, and the gap between the parts is normal.

17.1.5 The keys of the pulley and the flywheel are securely fastened, and the belt is tight and not damaged.

17.1.6 The tension spring is free from cracks and debris such as ore.

17.1.7 The lubricating oil of each lubrication part is sufficient.

17.1.8 The inlet shall be provided with a protective cover. The upper part shall be equipped with a device for controlling the ore blockage (so that the blockiness is less than 15% of the width of the ore supply port). The lower funnel is free of ore in the crushing chamber.

17.2 Inspection, driving sequence and precautions before driving:

4, the motor is stopped for more than three days, the insulation resistance should be measured at the start, and then drive after meeting the requirements.

17.2.4 Check the correctness before driving, the order is as follows:

A. After contacting the linkage post, start the mining belt.

B. Start and stop the motor and start the crusher according to the “motor operation procedure”.

C. After confirming that all parts are operating normally, start the ore belt.

17.2.5 It is not allowed to leave the job casually or hand over the equipment to others for supervision.

17.2.6 Do not touch the rotating part with your hands or the like and move the guard freely.

17.2.7 It is strictly forbidden to operate electrical equipment with wet hands.

17.2.8 When there is ore in the crushing chamber, it is strictly forbidden to start and must be cleaned.

17.4 Operation sequence and precautions for parking:

17.4.1 Parking is performed in the following order:

A. When receiving the parking signal, stop feeding the belt.

B. After the ore in the cavity to be crushed is processed, the crusher is stopped.

C. Stop the ore belt.

17.4.2 When there is no notice of power failure or accident parking, the stop button should be pressed, the oil switch should be pulled down, and the ore in the crushing chamber should be cleaned.

17.4.3 After the electrical equipment has failed to stop, it shall immediately notify the electrician to carry out maintenance and repair, and shall not handle it without authorization.
