The control program, the mechanical assembly and the vehicle's matching test were successfully implemented, and the design was based on China's national conditions. A new installation interface allows the maximum retarding torque to reach 4000N·m. It can be matched with Fast 6 to 16 speed transmissions. Compared with eddy current retarder commonly used in the market today, it has the advantages of fast and stable braking, flexible and safe operation, and good operating economy. The specific performance is light weight, large braking torque, soft braking, no impact, high comfort, no large electromagnetic field, large braking power, no declining braking force, no additional battery, easy installation and maintenance.
