A major breakthrough was made and the first commercial operation of the “four-in-one†information collection was achieved in Henan Province.

In November 2015, Kaifeng Company used Kaifeng's “Waterfront Homeland†as a pilot community to expand the application areas of electricity consumption information collection systems, and at the same time rewired the heat meter M-BUS line of Jinsheng Thermal Power Company's heating customers. At the end of the month, automatic remote collection of 672 hot-tables in the community is achieved. Kaifeng Company regularly pushes its required data to Jinsheng Thermal Power.
Subsequently, Kaifeng Company repeatedly communicated with Jinsheng Thermal Power Company several times and conducted several rounds of negotiations to fully understand each other's business needs, cooperation concerns, and focus. After mutual consultation, the company was initially established on the principle of good faith, mutual benefit, and fairness and voluntariness. Effective cooperation mechanism, together signed the "cooperative agreement for thermal user information collection services." The agreement stipulates that Kaifeng will use the information acquisition system to expand its application fields, collect heat meter data from users of Jinsheng Thermal Power Company, copy the user meter of Jinsheng Thermal Power Company on a copy basis, and periodically push it to the heat company according to the content of the negotiation between the two parties. Data is needed to achieve data communication and data sharing with the marketing system of Jinsheng Thermal Power. Jinsheng Thermal Power Co., Ltd., according to the cycle of heating season, settled and paid for information service fees to Kaifeng Company.
