If the cooling water is discharged immediately after flameout, the cooling rate of the body is too fast, which may cause cracks in the water tank, engine parts, and cylinder heads. The correct method is to allow the engine to idle for 5-6 minutes. The temperature of the standby body is reduced to 50-60°C and the cooling water is discharged.
Do not let the water drain the net. Long-term use of agricultural vehicles, scale, impurities, etc. are easily deposited in the water switch, causing the switch to block, cooling water put inexhaustible, resulting in the engine was frozen. Therefore, when the agricultural vehicle is used for water discharge in winter, the discharge condition should be carefully observed. If the water flow is not smooth, the discharge switch should be opened so that the cooling water in the body can be fully discharged.
