The DEBAO-600S high-speed paper cup machine is an advanced and upgraded version of the traditional single-turn-plate paper cup machine. It also uses a Swiss Leister heater for sealing the cup body and bottom paper, providing consistent and high-quality results. The silicon oil flow is controlled by a PLC and electromagnetic valve, offering two stages of top curling: the first stage rotates and curls the top, while the second stage heats and forms the cup, resulting in a more perfect finish.
The entire production process is managed by a PLC control system, which ensures precise operation. A photoelectric failure-detection system and servo-controlled feeding mechanism further enhance the machine’s reliability, allowing for fast and stable operation.
