Subject: Update on New Engine and Restored Stutz
Hi Everyone,
This message is from Art Zern. He just sent me an update about the progress on the new Rosenbauer engine (Engine 1) and the restoration of the 1923 Stutz. Here’s what he had to say:

Gents,
The good news is that the new Rosenbauer engine finally arrived a couple of weeks ago. It’s expected to be fully operational by June 1. The team has been working hard on it, and they’ve already completed all the necessary graphics this week. There’s still some fine-tuning left to do, but we’re getting really close to having it ready.
Speaking of impressive projects, the 1923 Stutz fire engine is also nearing its final stages of restoration. As you can see in the attached photos, it’s looking fantastic. I’m sure it’ll be a real showstopper once it’s back in action.

And here are the images Art shared with us. The first one shows the brand-new Rosenbauer engine, which will soon become part of the Sycamore Fire Department’s fleet.

The next two images are of the beautifully restored 1923 Stutz fire engine. It’s incredible how much effort went into bringing this classic vehicle back to life.

These updates are exciting, and I think everyone will agree that both vehicles are going to make a huge difference for the department. Let’s hope everything goes smoothly with the testing and final touches on the Rosenbauer before it officially joins the fleet!
Best regards,
