Quality inspection and acceptance of fabricated concrete structure engineering

1. The specifications, location and number of embedded parts, studs and reserved holes on the prefabricated components shall be in accordance with the requirements.
2. The acceptance of the appearance quality and dimensional deviation of the prefabricated components and the handling of the defects shall comply with the specifications.
3. Prefabricated components shall be inspected for structural properties in accordance with the required test parameters and test indicators. Prefabricated components that fail to pass structural structural tests shall not be used in concrete structures.
Test of bearing capacity, deflection and crack width of reinforced concrete members and prestressed concrete members allowed to crack; prestressed concrete members without cracks are subjected to bearing capacity, deflection and crack resistance test; non-prestressing in prestressed concrete members The components shall be inspected according to the requirements of reinforced concrete members; for large-scale components with mature design and small production quantity, when measures for strengthening materials and quality inspection are adopted, only deflection, crack resistance or crack width inspection may be performed.
For batch production of components, the same type of products that are normally produced in the same process and do not exceed 1000 pieces and not more than 3 months shall be batched. When 10 batches are continuously inspected and the structural performance test of each batch meets the requirements, the components of the same type that can be normally produced in the same process may be changed to not more than 2000 pieces and the same type of products not exceeding 3 months is a batch. In each batch, one component should be randomly selected as a test piece for inspection.
4. The connection between the prefabricated components and the structure should meet the design requirements.
5. The position and method of support, lifting and installation of prefabricated components during storage and transportation shall meet the requirements.
6. Joints and seams in the assembled structure shall meet the requirements.

Supporting Equipment of Plating Line

In order to complete the electroplating process according to the process requirements, it is not enough to have a power supply and a plating tank, and there must be some auxiliary equipment to ensure the normal production of electroplating. Including heating or cooling equipment, cathode moving or stirring equipment, plating solution circulation or filtering equipment, and necessary accessories for plating tanks such as electrode rods, electrode wires, anodes and anode baskets, plating hangers, etc.
