The system mainly consists of smoke exhaust pipeline, bag filtering system, aluminum oxide treatment system, mechanical exhaust system, air supply system, electrical system, control system, etc. The complete equipment uses several domestic exclusive process technologies such as new dry process cleaning process and equipment, integrated automatic control system, etc. to realize failure automatic diagnosis of system's human-computer interface and alarm automatic control. Compared to the traditional flue gas cleaning technique, the opposite-direction flue gas cleaning system by dry process produced by our company has the following advantages:

1.Good emission index: total fluorine emission 0.5~1.5mg/Nm3, dust emission 0.5~5.0mg/Nm3, the emission indexes meet the EU emission standard;

2.High cleaning efficiency: over 99%;

3.Low damage rate of aluminum oxide, and high absorption rate of aluminum oxide with fluoride;

4.Small floor area, low civil engineering cost and low cost of investment; Low power consumption, and low operating cost.

China's first industrialization 600kA aluminium electrolysis cell series that is put into operation successfully. It was put into operation in November 2014, with a running current of 600kA (anode current density: 0.80A/cm2), which integrates and uses several advanced techniques such as magnetic fluid stability double compensation, multi-stage split type pipe truss girder construction, integrated welding slot shell structure, new type cathode group structure, zoning high-level gas collecting and opposite-direction flue gas cleaning by dry process.

Nanshan NEUI400(III) type aluminium electrolysis series (capacity 540kt/a)
It was put into operation in December 2009, with a running current of 426~430kA and an anode current density of 0.80A/cm2, which uses zoning high-level gas collecting and opposite-direction flue gas cleaning by dry process, with cell operating voltage of 3.93~3.95V, DC power consumption of <12500kW·h/t and fluoride salt consumption of 12kg/t. And its environmental protection indexes meet the requirements of EU emission standard.
