(1) Installation requirements 1. Lamps and fittings should be complete, and there should be no defects such as mechanical damage, deformation, paint peeling and lampshade rupture.
2. The bearing capacity of the fixing parts on the wall ceiling of the installed luminaire should match the weight of the luminaire.
3, chandeliers should be equipped with hanging boxes, each hanging box can only be equipped with a set of chandeliers. The surface of the chandelier must be well insulated and must not have a joint. The conductor cross-section must not be less than 0.4 mm2. Wiring in the hanging box should take measures to prevent the head from being forced to drop the lamp. For luminaires weighing more than 1 kg, slings shall be provided. When the chandelier luminaires weigh more than 3 kg, they shall be fixed by means of pre-embedded hooks or bolts. The light of the chain light should not be pulled, and the light should be forked with the chain.
4. Ceiling lamps with incandescent lamps as light sources shall not be directly mounted on flammable components; bulbs shall not be placed close to the lampshade; when the distance between the bulb and the insulating table is less than 5 mm, insulation measures shall be taken between the bulb and the insulating table. . The power of an incandescent lamp must not exceed the maximum power allowed by the luminaire.
5. When the fluorescent lamp is used as the light source, the ballast should be installed on the phase line. The lamp should be protected from the lamp housing, and there should be a margin in the lamp box. The frame of the giant lamp is parallel with the decorative line of the ceiling. The border should be placed close to the ceiling.
6. The phase of the screw cap should be connected to the terminal of the center contact. The neutral wire should be connected to the threaded terminal. The insulating shell of the lamp cap should be intact, without damage and leakage.
7. The hook of the fixed lantern shall not be smaller than the hook of the lamp, and the diameter of the lamp shall be at least 6 mm.
(2) Installation methods of several kinds of lamps 1. Chandelier: When the chandelier is installed on the top surface of concrete, it can be fastened by using embedded parts, penetrating bolts and expansion bolts. The size and weight of the luminaires used in the installation shall determine the specifications of the expansion bolts used, but the minimum is not less than M6 (mm), the multi-head chandelier should not be less than M8 (mm), and the number of bolts must be at least two. Light self-tapping tube screws cannot be used.
2. Ceiling light: The ceiling lamp has a round, square or rectangular base (chassis), and the base size varies. The base of the lamp can be fastened with expansion bolts or it can be fastened with pre-embedded wood screws with wood screws. If the base of the lamp holder is more than 100 mm in diameter, 2 screws must be used. If the illuminator base is installed with pre-embedded bolts and penetrating bolts, the bolt diameter shall not be less than 6 mm. Wood fixtures can be used to fix the luminaire on the base. The number of wood screws should not be less than the number of mounting holes given by the luminaire.
3. Wall lamp: The wall lamp can be used as a base or without a base according to the structure of the base. When using the base, fix the base before fixing the wall light to the base. The base is usually made of wood, the thickness of the board should be more than 15 mm, and the surface is painted with decorative paint. When the wall lamp is installed, it can be fixed by screwing the screw into the mounting hole of the lamp position box. It can also be punched on the wall surface, pre-embedded with wood brick or fixed with plastic expansion tube screws. The wall lamp base screws are generally not less than two. The installation height of the wall lamp is generally 2~2.2 meters from the ground, and the wall lamp installed at the bedside is 1.2~1.4 meters.
4. Downlight: The downlight is a recessed light that is suitable for use on a suspended ceiling. The basic form of the lamp is cylindrical, and the lamp is made of lead-plated, titanium-plated or nickel-plated metal wide-side ring. After the lamp is installed, it is close to the top surface and has good decoration.
