Tesla delivers the first batch of new cars in Shanghai

On April 23rd, Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla Motor Co., who came to Shanghai from Beijing, delivered the new car keys to the first Tesla Model S owners in Shanghai. Pulling cars formally entered the two largest cities in China.

According to Tesla's official news, Tesla Motors is about to enter the Shanghai new energy auto license plate license policy list. Shanghai will allocate 3,000 free licenses to purely imported electric vehicles in 2014. This is the first time that such policies are open to import pure electric vehicles. In view of the high auction price of Shanghai auto licenses, the recent low price has already exceeded 70,000 yuan, which is equivalent to giving Tesla pure electric vehicles a larger policy subsidy.
