Pyrite cinder industrial application

The process flow recommended in this paper has been put into actual production. The properties of the slag of Luzhai pyrite mine in Guangxi are similar to those of this test. After preliminary laboratory and industrial experiments, it has been put into production. The basic cost of the plant is now calculated as a simple calculation. The main technical and economic indicators of industrial production are shown in the table below. Application of existing processes, Guizhou is also a place to engage in the production of iron ore sulfur burning process in the near future.

First, the scale of production

The daily output of the concentrate is 375 tons/day, and the working days are calculated according to 330. The annual concentrate is 375×330=123750 tons/year.

Second, production cost estimation

(1) Auxiliary materials

Auxiliary materials refer to liners, steel balls, lubricating oils, filter cloths, screens and pharmaceuticals. According to consumption and market price, it is estimated to be 5.89 yuan per ton of raw slag.

(2) Power consumption

The total installed power of the equipment is 200KW;

The production of lighting is 4KW, and the average electricity consumption is 10 hours per day:

The daily electricity consumption is 5KW, and the average daily power consumption is:

200×24×0.7+4×10+5×5=3425 degrees

Calculated at an electricity cost of 0.55 yuan per kWh, the electricity consumption per ton of raw slag is:

3425×0.55÷375=5.02 yuan/ton

(3) Water consumption

Handling water consumption per ton of raw slag: 2166.6÷375=5.776 tons

The water fee is calculated at 1 yuan/ton, and the water cost is 5.776×1=5.78 yuan/ton.

(4) Surcharge for workers' wages

Workers’ wages and surcharges are calculated at 800 yuan per person per month, and the total annual salary is:

800 × 12 × 55 = 528,000 yuan

Converted to treat raw slag per ton: 528,000 ÷ (375 × 330) = 4.27 yuan / ton

(5) Depreciation and repair costs of fixed assets

Depreciation, overhaul, minor repairs, etc. of fixed assets are paid out of the total benefit.

(6) Management fee

Calculated at 15% of the total cost:

(5.89+5.02+5.78+4.27)×15%=3.14 yuan

Taxes, sales expenses, raw materials costs, etc. are different in every place. In some places and manufacturers, pyrite cinders are disposed of without cost, so taxes, sales expenses, raw materials fees, etc. are not counted. As an environmental protection company, there should be a tax reduction and exemption policy.

According to the above various costs, the total production cost per ton of raw slag is:

5.89+5.02+5.78+4.27+3.14=24.1 yuan.

(VII) Estimation of economic benefits

1. Concentrate sales revenue

The concentrate price is calculated at 200 yuan/ton, and the annual concentrate sales revenue is:

78117.6×200=15,623,520 yuan

2. Economic benefits

15623520-24.1×78117.6=13,740,885 yuan

The return on investment in this project is extremely high. The main risk lies in the changes in sales channels and sales prices, and the quantity of raw slag is also of concern.
