However, some people will quit in the training process. In particular, those people who have skipped the job have not achieved a certain level, because they originally got a higher salary and are unwilling to accept a new job with a lower salary. It has influenced the development of the industry and the development of individuals. The former has increased the wage level of the industry. The latter, it is very likely that this person will find it difficult to find a suitable and satisfactory job in the future.

2. In order to participate in the competition of the project, some units unreasonably increased the indicators of the instruments to be developed, or they constantly proposed new concepts in order to get the project. The negative effect is that, on the one hand, leaders think that the domestic level is really high, they may leapfrog development, and they have unreasonable expectations and expectations. On the other hand, the units that really make instruments do not necessarily apply to the topic, or instead It is considered that the level is not high.

In fact, the scientific instrument development must have a good team foundation and a good industrial foundation, both of which are difficult to develop to a higher level in the short term. Scientific instruments are a process of catching up in our country. They use instruments of similar quality to those of foreign countries, and even if the instrument performance is stable, even if the technical indicators are a little inferior, it is already very good. Already there is a good reference, neither need to mention higher indicators, nor need to mention new concepts.

The scientific instrument industry cannot become the same as the IT industry and become a money-burning industry; the scientific instrument industry cannot be a fast-paced industry.
