How to do the daily maintenance of the sand mixer?

The types of sand mixers can be classified into chassis type: vehicle-mounted, semi-mounted, and armored. According to the maximum sand load of the sand mixing truck, it can be divided into: HSC300 type, HSC360 type and HSC480 type. The sand mixing truck realizes the mixing, stirring and conveying fracturing of the medium through a series of work of the automatic control system. Because of its complicated structure, it is inconvenient to maintain, so as far as possible in the use of the process and daily life to do a good job on the maintenance of mixed sand vehicles.

1. Inspect the oil, gas, and water lines for loose fittings or leaks. Make sure all lines are unblocked and properly tightened. Whether the dashboards are normally displayed during work, and whether the sensors and circuit joints in various locations are loose or corroded. The oil in the hydraulic tank was not used up and was found to be used immediately.

2. Check the abrasion of sand-blasting auger and gauge auger and replace it if necessary. Ensure that the inhalation, discharge nozzles, butterfly valves, and bypass pipelines are unobstructed and that any obstructions should be cleared. The filter element should be replaced regularly for cleaning liquid additive system filters.

Second, the maintenance of the mixed sand vehicle should be done 25-35 hours

1. Check whether the hydraulic oil cooling system is operating normally. Remove the suction and discharge flowmeter, check the wear of the rotating impeller and the casing, and promptly remove the foreign matter on the impeller. Look at whether the mixing paddles in the mixing tank are in good condition, and whether the bearings and packings at both ends of the paddle shaft are worn, and replace them if necessary.

2. Make sure that the dry powder additive powder feeder auger bearing seal ring and flow sensor are intact. Check the function knobs on the instrument console and find that the card issuer or the failure must be replaced. The plugs and sockets of the cables are good and the fastening is not loose. Check the venturi and the airway system are in good condition.
