Copper Wire Plastic Granulator Features:The QJF series copper wire recycling machine is designed for the efficient recovery of waste household communication cables, car cables, motor cables, and other industrial cables. This system includes crushing, separation, and a high-efficiency dust COLLECTION system to produce clean copper and plastic pellets.
QJF-600 (Capacity: 300-400kg/h) offers high efficiency and purity. The mixed crushed material (copper and plastic) enters the vibrating separator along with airflow, and finally, the pellets are placed on the secondary vibrator to achieve 100% purity.

Copper Wire Plastic Granulator Working Principle:

- Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and completely separated into copper and plastic. The size of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the screen. Larger mesh sizes result in longer pieces and higher output. Choose the appropriate mesh based on the material type.
- The crushed mixture (copper granules and plastic pieces) is transported to the separator via conveyor. During this process, dust and lightweight plastic fragments (including fibers, ropes, or tapes) are collected by a pressure-reducing blower. The blower is connected to a dust collector equipped with a filter bag to prevent dust emissions. Dust and some lightweight plastic fragments are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
- The separator separates plastic pieces and copper granules based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity. By adjusting the conveying speed and vibration amplitude, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) move downward and upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) move upward and downward. They are finally discharged through separate outlets.
All units are installed on a base frame, forming a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, so the customer only needs to connect it to the power supply.
