QJF-600 Copper Wire Plastic Granulator Introduction:
The QJF-600 model (capacity: 300-400kg/h) offers high recycling efficiency and purity. The mixed crushed material (copper and plastic) enters the vibrating separator along with air flow, and finally reaches the secondary vibrator to achieve 100% purity.

Copper Wire Plastic Granulator Working Principle:

- Wires and cables are fed into the crusher, where they are crushed and completely separated into copper and plastic. The length of the crushed material depends on the mesh size of the screen; larger mesh results in longer pieces and higher output. Mesh size should be chosen based on the type of material being processed.
- The crushed mixture of copper granules and plastic pieces is conveyed to the separator by a conveyor. During this process, dust and some lightweight plastic fragments (including fibers, ropes, or tapes mixed in the wires) are collected by the pressure-reducing blower. This blower is connected to a dust collector with a filter bag to prevent dust emissions and ensure environmental protection. Dust and lightweight plastics are collected in the bag and discharged when full.
- The separator is used to separate plastic pieces from copper granules. Based on differences in physical properties and specific gravity, there is a deviation under the forces of aerodynamics and vibration friction. By adjusting the conveying speed and amplitude parameters, copper granules (with higher specific gravity) will move to the bottom of the screen and travel upward, while plastic pieces (with lower specific gravity) will move to the top and travel downward, eventually being discharged through separate outlets.
All units are installed on a single base, forming a complete structure. The machine is pre-adjusted for production before shipping, so customers only need to connect it to the power supply.
