Structure & Working Principle: The XQ Counter Seizing Grate Cleaner consists of a rotating system, rack, toothed harrow, traction chain, underwater guide wheel, attached grid, main grid, and slag trap. The rotating system drives the toothed harrow to move up and down via the traction chain. As the toothed harrow descends behind the grid, the underwater guide wheel changes direction to the front of the grid at the bottom. The floating objects intercepted by the grid are then seized and transported from the bottom to the top, eventually being discharged into the conveyor or garbage truck.
