COSCO Kansai Paint M501 passed a set of one system supporting experiment

Recently, COSCO Kansai Paint M501 experiment passed a set of one-system supporting experiment, which was matched with EPOFENDZINC 60+EPOTECT EX+FLON FINISH HS50. The supporting system is positioned in the development planning direction of heavy anti-corrosion products. It is reported that both epoxy-rich zinc paints and intermediate paints are high-solids, low-VOC products, which are environmentally friendly compared to traditional solvent-based products.
The construction performance is good. The intermediate paint can reach 250 microns or more at a time, which can significantly reduce the coating time. At the same time, special anti-rust pigments are added to greatly improve the anti-corrosion performance, which can be widely applied to the most severe C5 corrosion environment. The material provides long-lasting, excellent corrosion protection.
Fluorocarbon topcoat has good weather resistance, long maintenance intervals, and reduced post-operating expenses; and our fluorocarbon products have been used in highway bridges, wind towers, port machinery, various steel structures, etc., especially in our company. The project-Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge project has been successfully used, and has been well received by the owners and construction units.
At present, COSCO Kansai Paint has passed 7 sets of supporting experiments of M501 system and 4 sets of supporting experiments of 7 systems, which can meet various fields such as offshore drilling platform, floating production oil storage and unloading device, offshore Wind Power, etc. Anti-corrosion requirements in different environments such as districts and full immersion areas.

Our steel poles are made from quality sheet through bending, forming, automatic welding and hot galvanization. We can reach one-run machining length of 14m and can bend sheet of thickness up to 45mm. We adopt advanced welding procedures, automatically weld main joints and reach rank-II welding quality. We have got 500kV Transmission Line Tubular Tower Quality Certificate from Power Industry Steel Tower Qualified Inspection & Test Center from 2009 year.
