Bridgestone develops new tire color printing technology

Bridgestone Corporation has announced that it has developed a new tire color printing technology that is different from the existing tire printing and coloring technologies on the market.

The principle of Bridgestone's new tire color printing technology is to first apply a layer of a fade-resistant base layer to the tire wall and then use a newly invented ink jet to color it. The base layer can effectively avoid the tire surface damage.

This innovative technology can not only diversify the style of tires, but also improve fuel efficiency because the color printing technology does not increase the weight of the tires. Bridgestone intends to bring this technology to market as soon as possible.

By using Bridgestone's new tire color printing technology, customers can design their own pattern on the tire wall. After the pattern is printed, customers can also eliminate the pattern according to their own preferences or change to other patterns.
