Vertical particle packaging machine debugging method

(1) Partial load adjustment
The 10kg weights are placed on the two weighing points of the weighing bucket. When the weighing display shows “positive difference”, the sensor output should be adjusted to decrease direction; when the weighing display shows “negative difference”, the sensor output should be adjusted to increase direction. For example: When the output of the L/C-1 sensor decreases, a set of trim resistors (original 10 ohms) associated with L/C-1 will be rotated to the left with the same amount of rotation.
Turn right (clockwise) to decrease the resistance and increase the displayed value (marked as "plus");
Rotation to the left (counterclockwise) increases the resistance and the displayed value decreases (denoted as "minus").
Note: When rotating the trimmer resistor, if the rotation of each group is inconsistent, the adjustment becomes difficult. Therefore, the amount of rotation of each set of trimmer resistance of the sensor should be as uniform as possible during adjustment. The absolute value of each bearing error is not more than 10g as qualified.
(2) Weighing adjustment
Follow the procedure of the calibration of the weighing display controller to adjust the weighing. From the zero point to the maximum point, the weight is incremented in the order of 0kg, 40kg, 70kg, 90kg, and 100kg. The error is not greater than 10g, 20g, 35g, 45g, and 50g, respectively; Weights are reduced in the order of 100kg, 90kg, 70kg, 40kg, and 0kg. The error is not greater than their respective tolerances. Repeatability tests are performed at 40kg and 100kg points. Each weighing point is performed 3 times. Each error is not greater than Tolerance.
(3) Parameter setting
There are many parameters that must be set for a quantitative packaging scale. The following uses common key parameters as an example:
a, Weighing display controller quantitative value can be set to quantitative target value, such as 50kg and so on.
b, quickly increase the amount of advance, slow increase in advance.
When the weight> (set value) - (fast increase in advance), stop fast increase, turn slow increase;
When the weight> (setting) - (slow advance), stop feeding.
