To realize the mass production of capsules, the company will build a factory in Nagahama-shi, Shiga Prefecture and work with Mitsubishi Corporation to start commercial verification. It is expected that it will start production partially from March next year.
Morishita Ren Dan will apply the capsule technology formed in the food and medical field. The principle is that microorganisms adsorb rare metals that pass through the capsule mesh membrane, then incinerate the capsules and take out only rare metals. Morishita Ren Dan will use Mitsubishi Corporation's sales network to promote this technology to electronics and machine tool manufacturers.
