1. Brief introduction of LGFD Series Rotary Screw Air Compressor
   The screw air compressor is an air compressor which is a volumetric gas compression machine with working volume for rotary motion. The compression of gas depends on the change of volume, and the change of volume is achieved by turning a pair of rotors of the compressor in the casing.

2. Structural characteristics of LGFD Series Rotary Screw Air Compressor
     
The basic structure of the screw air compressor: in the compressor body, a pair of intermeshing spiral rotors are arranged in parallel, usually the rotor with a convex tooth outside the circle, called the Yang rotor or the sun screw. The rotor with a concave tooth in the circle is called a negative rotor or a negative screw. The General Yang rotor is connected with the original motive, and the last pair of bearings on the rotor rotated by the Yang rotor is axially positioned and the axial force in the compressor is subjected to the axial force. The cylindrical roller bearings at both ends of the rotor enable the rotor to be positioned in a radial direction and bear the radial force in the compressor. At the two ends of the compressor body, a certain shape and size hole is opened. One is for inhalation, the other is air inlet, and the other is called exhaust port.

SUCTION

      The working process of the screw air compressor is analyzed in detail. When the rotor is rotated, the space of the tooth groove of the Yin and Yang rotor is the largest when it turns to the opening of the intake end wall. At this time, the space of the rotor tooth groove is connected with the air inlet, because the gas of the tooth groove in the exhaust is completely discharged, and the tooth groove is in a vacuum state when the exhaust gas is completed. When transferred to the intake port, the external gas is sucked into the groove of the Yin Yang rotor. When the gas is full of tooth grooves, the inlet end of the rotor is turned away from the air inlet of the casing, and the gas in the groove is closed.

COMPRESS
       The compression process of the working process of the screw air compressor is analyzed in detail: when the Yin and Yang rotor is at the end of the suction, the tooth tip of the Yin and Yang rotor will be closed with the casing, and the gas is no longer outflow in the tooth groove. The meshing surface gradually moves to the exhaust end. The gap between the meshing surface and the exhaust port is gradually smaller, and the gas in the groove is increased by compression pressure.

DISCHARGE
      The exhausting process of the working process of the screw air compressor is analyzed in detail: when the meshing end of the rotor is transferred to the exhaust port of the machine shell, the compressed gas begins to expel until the meshing surface of the tooth tip and the tooth groove is moved to the exhaust end. At this time, the space between the meshing surface of the Yin and Yang rotor and the exhaust port of the engine shell is 0, that is to complete the exhaust process. At the same time, the length of the groove between the meshing surface of the rotor and the air inlet of the casing reaches the longest, and the intake process is carried out again.
