Installation Guide for DC Solar Pump

1. Connect a longer cable to the pump’s negative terminal (black) and positive terminal (red). The cable length should be designed according to actual needs, but avoid excessively long cables, as this may reduce the efficiency of the DC motor. It is recommended to use at least 3mm² or 4mm² cables. Ensure that the connectors are waterproof and properly sealed.

2. Before connecting the pump to the solar panel, submerge the pump in water for at least 15 minutes. This ensures proper lubrication of the bearings. If not pre-conditioned, the pump may suffer premature wear and failure, voiding the warranty.
