At present, most of the water meters and heat energy meters made by using direct ultrasonic waves are equipped with ultrasonic transducers installed on both sides of the velocity measuring tube, so that the ultrasonic wave propagation path has a certain angle with respect to the flow path of the water. The influence of the water flow will only have the effect of the same component as the ultrasonic wave propagation direction, which reduces the accuracy and sensitivity of the ultrasonic flow velocity measurement.

In addition, the current ultrasonic water meter and heat energy meter, the majority of the use of the flow velocity tube diameter and the nominal diameter of the watch is basically the same, so that the water velocity in the flow velocity tube can not be improved, but also reduce the accuracy of the flow velocity measurement One of the reasons for sensitivity. At the same time, most of the flow velocity tubes are made of metal materials and the surface is rough, which also has a certain influence on the uniformity of water flow.

On the other hand, most current water meters and heat energy meters use transducer holders made of metal or plastic to fix and seal ultrasonic piezoelectric ceramics, and these transducer holders cannot effectively prevent scale and aggregation on the surface. Rust in the water, so the transducer surface is very easy to foul and lose normal transmission and receive ultrasound. Summary of the Invention

The invention provides a solution which can improve the metering accuracy and the sensitivity of the water meter and the thermal energy meter made by using an ultrasonic wave, and the outer surface of the transducer does not generate the scale and accumulate the rust, and simultaneously connects the ultrasonic transducer. The signal line of the device and the temperature sensor is enclosed in the case cover so that the signal line is not damaged artificially or accidentally without damaging the case cover.
