Twin Screw Granulating Machine for Plastic1. Application
The TSE-75 co-rotating twin screw plastic extruder is ideal for producing various masterbatches and compound materials. It can handle a wide range of polymers such as PP, PE, PA, ABS, and more.
It is widely used in applications like reinforced compounds, filling masterbatches, color masterbatches, and other specialty plastics. The machine is suitable for processing materials such as PP, PA, PBT, ABS, PC, POM, PPS, ETP, plus glass fiber, carbon fiber, etc. It also handles fillers like CaCO3, Talc, TiO2, and Carbon black, as well as pigments and other additives. Additionally, it works with TPR, TPE, TPU, EVA, PVC, and various types of cables including HDPE, LDPE, LLPE, and more.
2. Features
The screw is made from high-quality tool steel (38 CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2) using special heat treatment, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and durability. The Euro-style rectangular barrel features optimized cooling channels, which help reduce temperature differences across different areas. The heater design is innovative, improving heat transfer efficiency and extending its lifespan. The material used is high-quality nitrided steel, offering anti-corrosion and anti-friction properties through appropriate surface treatments.
The machine includes various feeding systems such as single-screw, twin-screw, hollow screw, forced feeding, and side feeding. It uses a new parallel three-axis drive system, making the conveying axis, chain, deceleration, and torque integration compact and efficient. High-quality imported bearings ensure stability and longevity. The lubrication system combines soaking and spraying for smooth operation. The gear tooth face is strengthened to provide high torque, precision, and low noise. The drive components are made from premium materials, including super alloy case-hardening steel, hardened and ground for optimal performance.
