This product is designed for long-term operation, featuring an adjustable hook in its suspension system to easily adjust the installation height. It effectively removes magnetic tramp iron from thick material beds, coal, hard coke ores, limes, corns, and wooden shavings under larger granularity.

**Installation Instructions:**
The separator can be installed at the head or middle of the conveyor. Regardless of the location, ensure:
- The separator is positioned on the top of the conveyor.
- It is aligned vertically with the conveyor.
- There is a lifting point available on the top of the conveyor. We can provide an adjustable lifting chain, or you can use a frame to fix the separator above the conveyor.
- This is a manual discharge type, so workers will need to remove the iron parts using a non-magnetic scraper plate.
- Check if a non-magnetic roller is required.
- For manual discharge models, consider whether a traveling car is needed.
