Process Flow:
Our tire recycling production line is designed to process waste tires into high-quality rubber powder. It can handle both radial and nylon tires, effectively removing steel wires and nylon fibers from the waste. The process includes: waste tires → tire debinder → tire cutting → tire shredding → tire crushing → magnetic separation → fiber separation → packaging → storage.
