Plastic EVA twin screw extruder granulation machine is a machine that produces EVA or other fillers, and all grades of masterbatch, filler and modification, blending and modification, functional parent granules (black carbon granule, flame-retardant granule, degradable granule, double protective granule), various cables, special materials (EVA, fluorine rubber, TPR sole material, UV protection material), reactive and extruding, powder coating.
Working Principle
First by the high speed mixer, you can mix all materials equally according to their different percentages. Then we send the mixed material into the hopper by a screw charger. Our hopper is specially designed so that the material in the hopper won't clump together. Different materials require different screw designs to meet the characteristics of the material.
Suitable Material
PP/PE/EVA + CaCO3 + Wax + Butter + other additives. Our extrusion machine can add CaCO3 up to 85%.
