  1.  Brief Introduction
This series of valves is suitable for the start and stop of ultra-high vacuum systems in vacuum lines. They are two types of vacuum block valves—manual and pneumatic. These valves offer several advantages, such as stability, durability, excellent sealing, and a long service life, making them a preferred choice in ultra-high vacuum equipment. Manual valves operate using a rotating handle, with helical transmission to control the valve’s opening and closing. The direction of operation is indicated on the handle. Pneumatic valves use compressed air to open and close, and they automatically close via spring force when the air supply is lost. The applicable medium includes pure air and non-corrosive gases.

  1. Designed in a standard and modular way, making it easy to replace and maintain.
  2. Easy to clean and maintain.
  3. Equipped with stainless steel bellows and Viton O-rings, no lubrication required.
  4. The internal body of the valve is welded with stainless steel, ensuring low leakage rate.

Each product has its own order number. Customers can search according to the valve's operation mode and DN size. For example, 2089 refers to a High Vacuum Manual Block Straight Valve with DN=16mm and CF flange.
