Featuring different screw designs, this machine is suitable for granulating recycled materials like HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, PS, PET, PC, and others. It operates continuously without interruption, using pneumatic conversion, strong air blowing, water cooling, and a dewatering system. The stainless steel storage container can be adjusted, allowing for stable high-speed operation over extended periods. The production capacity ranges from 50kg/h to 500kg/h.

The PP and PE granulation line can be configured as single-stage or double-stage strand pelletizing, or single-stage or double-stage water-ring pelletizing, depending on the cleanliness of the raw material. The extruder's screw features an exhaust system to vent moisture, while the die head is equipped with a hydraulic screen changer for easy impurity filtration.
Our services include:
1. On-site machine testing when customers visit our factory.
2. Detailed technical specifications, electrical diagrams, installation manuals, operating instructions, and drawings provided.
3. Engineers available for installation and worker training upon request.
4. Spare parts available at any time—free of charge within warranty, and at cost price after warranty. We offer lifetime technical support and repair services for the entire machine.
Delivery Information:
1. Delivery: 50 days after order confirmation.
2. Warranty: 12 months.
3. Payment: T/T 30% in advance, 70% before delivery.
