Cold shear blade
This type of pipe cutting machine blade is primarily used in the pipe production line system, moving in synchronization with pipes such as paper tubes, brass, aluminum tubes, and steel pipes. As it rotates along the periphery of the tubes, it slowly cuts into the center and then severs the tubes.
Hot shear blade
In hot-rolling processes, we use high-quality steel materials for cutting tools, such as transverse cutting tools made from nickel-alloy steel (which has excellent heat resistance). These blades can be used to cut:
Hot-rolled thick billets, thick steel plates, steel ingots, and steel bars.

Designed to perform the shearing and removal of the excess of metal accumulated during the welding, leveling in a homogeneous way the portion of the welded rail. It consists of a powerful hand pump which moves two hydraulic cylinders with the mobile shearing blade applied on, that, during the removing of the material, leans against the fixed cutting blades. The cutting blades are easily replaceable so as to adapt the tool to the rail profile to be processed. Two handles are placed in a well-balanced point, allowing an easy movement of the machine.
